Be the Change Action Plan Write Up

Due Monday, May 16
A. All groups must show some form of evidence that they raised money/awareness for the Darfur Dream Team (This can be represented with pictures and/or a note/email from an adult who supervised your action—make sure you include contact information).
B. In pen or typed, each individual group member must answer the following prompts:
1. Describe your action in detail: What did your group do to raise awareness and/or money for the Darfur Dream Team? What was your specific role? (Be sure to explain how many people you spoke to and/or how much money you raised).
2. Do you feel your action was successful? Why or why not? (You might want to refer back to your Personal Action Plan to see if you fulfilled your planed roles/expectations).
3. What was challenging for you and your group?
4. What advice would you give to students doing this in the future?
